ROGER P. GIBSON founded  this agency in 1977 after retiring from the U.S. Marshal's office where he served as a supervisor with the elite Fugitive Felon Strike Force. 

Throughout his career he has been commended numerous times by Federal Judges, Prosecutors and Federal law enforcement officials for his outstanding investigative abilities and achievements. 

He has served in a variety of specialties as a supervisor in such areas as witness protection, Presidential security details, special strike forces for investigative fugitive/felon squads and special investigative units that have investigated political corruption including the Watergate scandal that led to the  resignation of President Nixon.
